Michael Hornig is Vice President – Finance with Edgewater Growth Capital Partners.  He is responsible for fund accounting and reporting.

Prior to joining Edgewater, Michael was a Managing Director at Bank of America. As a member of Principal Investing, the private equity arm of the bank, he was head of the Partnership Plan Administration group that structured and administered the investment and co-investment partnerships of the private equity business. While at Bank of America and its predecessor, Continental Bank, Michael also held a variety of positions within the Finance departments.

Michael received both his B.S. in Finance and Accounting and his M.B.A. from DePaul University. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant.
