Phillip Lorenzini

Phil Lorenzini is a Partner with Edgewater Growth Capital Partners and is Edgewater’s CFO. He is responsible for overseeing the financial and business operations of Edgewater, including treasury, accounting and reporting activities.

Prior to joining Edgewater, Phil was a Controller at U.S. Cellular Corporation. As a member of the strategic management team, he participated in building a start-up enterprise to an entity with over $1 billion in annual revenues. Previously, Phil worked at USG Corporation, where he progressed from the ranks of the audit staff to Director of Financial Administration for USG’s Western Region gypsum operations.

Phil received his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, his M.S. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and his M.S. in Information Systems from DePaul University. Phil is a Certified Public Accountant.
