Edgewater Growth Capital Partners V, L.P. is pleased to announce its portfolio company, Nationwide Cooling Group, LLC (“Nationwide”) has acquired four heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (“HVAC/R”) coil manufacturers and distributors: (i) Precision Coils (“Precision”) in Brownsville, TN; (ii) Specialty Coils (“Specialty”) in Longview, TX; (iii) Emergent Coils (“Emergent”) in Denver, CO; and (iv) JMG Thermal (“JMG”) in Lexington, TN.
