Brennan Smith is a Vice President of Business Development at Edgewater.

Before joining Edgewater, Brennan was a Sourcing Manager at Alpine Investors, where he built and managed a robust pipeline of proprietary opportunities, originating several platform and add-on acquisitions across residential and business services.

Prior to Alpine, Brennan led M&A strategy at Innovative Systems, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors. He began his career in investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

Brennan earned both his MBA in Finance and his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rollins College.
