Bolder Healthcare Solutions (“BHS”) was a diversified healthcare revenue cycle management company. BHS was led by its CEO, Mike Shea who previously was founder and CEO of MedAssist, a leading RCM company that was sold to First Source Solutions. Edgewater exited its investment in BHS in 2018.
